OptiView began in 2010 with a simple belief: meaningful work should be original, carefully built and done correctly the first time. What started as a digital-marketing company grew through years of persistence, experimentation and hands-on experience into a multidisciplinary creative business serving Central Florida.

From the beginning, OptiView rejected one-size-fits-all solutions. Every client, business and creative project was approached differently, with an emphasis on strategy, attention to detail and measurable results. The company developed customized services involving website design, search-engine optimization, digital marketing, remarketing and Google 360 virtual tours. (OptiView 360 Entertainment)

OptiView became much more than a traditional advertising agency. Its work expanded to include professional photography, 4K video production, content creation, SEO, SEM, analytics and immersive virtual experiences. (OptiView 360 Entertainment)

Over time, those capabilities helped support a much larger creative vision—one that brought together technology, entertainment, visual storytelling, immersive art, advanced lighting, live production and community experiences.

Behind every installation, production, campaign and client project were countless hours of planning, learning, problem-solving and reinvestment. OptiView was built through sacrifice rather than inherited influence. It was developed project by project, relationship by relationship and skill by skill.

It was built by artists, technicians, creators and people willing to learn new disciplines instead of remaining inside traditional job descriptions. The company valued creativity, adaptability, collaboration and the confidence to attempt ideas that others might consider too difficult or unconventional.

We believed small businesses deserved access to the same powerful marketing, production and visualization tools often reserved for much larger companies. We also believed that creative people needed spaces where their abilities could be encouraged, developed and taken seriously.

That spirit shaped OptiView for sixteen years.

The story of OptiView cannot be understood only through motions, hearings, docket entries or legal accusations.

Before the disputes, there was a functioning company. There were customers, employees, artists, productions, equipment, technology, relationships, plans and years of accumulated goodwill. There was a vision being built by a minority-owned small business that had already survived economic challenges, industry changes and the ordinary risks of entrepreneurship.

The Truth website exists because we believe that history matters.

We allege that conduct connected to Mitch Marqui, Marqui Longwood LLC and others caused severe harm to the business, its operations and its reputation. We also raise serious questions regarding how certain complaints, permitting issues, public responsibilities and court proceedings were handled. Those matters remain disputed and should be evaluated through court records, public documents, communications, photographs, recordings, testimony and other supporting evidence—not through rumor or selective storytelling.

Our purpose is not to replace the legal process. It is to preserve the complete record and ensure that the human and business consequences are not erased from public view.

OptiView represented sixteen years of work, sacrifice, education and persistence.

The damage alleged in our legal disputes was not limited to physical property or a single location. It affected business momentum, professional relationships, creative opportunities, public reputation and the people who invested their time and trust in the company.

When a small business is injured, the effects can reach far beyond its owner. Employees lose opportunities. Artists lose platforms. Clients lose services. Communities lose places where new ideas might have grown.

That is why this fight matters.

We continue because wealth, political influence or institutional access should never determine whose evidence receives attention.

We continue because tenants and small-business owners deserve equal protection, meaningful due process and public institutions that apply their responsibilities fairly.

We continue because reputational harm should not be allowed to replace documented history.

We continue because the years devoted to building OptiView deserve more than silence.

Through this website, we will present the company’s history, its creative achievements, the people who contributed to it, the disputes that followed and the evidence supporting our continued pursuit of accountability. We will distinguish documented facts from allegations, personal accounts from official records, and unresolved questions from established findings.

Our mission is to preserve the truth, restore OptiView’s reputation and pursue lawful accountability for the harm we allege occurred.

We are working to bring this story to responsible journalists, attorneys, civil-rights advocates, small-business organizations and members of the public willing to examine the complete record.

This is not merely a story about a lawsuit.

It is a story about what sixteen years of work can build, how quickly that work can be placed at risk, and why one small business refuses to disappear quietly.

We Are Seeking Legal Representation

A Case Built on Evidence. Ready for the Right Legal Team.

This case is about more than one lease or one building. It concerns the survival of a small business, equal access to justice, the responsibilities of landlords and public institutions, and whether wealth or influence can overshadow the rights of those with fewer resources.

Strong Evidence. Serious Allegations.
