Filed exhibits, property records, permit history, Unauthorized upper structure, permit delays, landlord responsibilities!
Threats, Retaliation on CCTV. Loren is not the owner of OptiView! Alleged Trojan Horse for Mitch Marqui.

Documenting the Harm. Defending the Legacy. Pursuing Justice. A 16 Year Legacy Worth Defending!
OptiView is seeking experienced legal counsel willing to independently review the organized record and evaluate potential representation involving commercial litigation, business torts, landlord-tenant disputes, reputational harm, due-process concerns, and related LLC-versus-LLC claims.
The case materials are already organized through timelines, pleadings, public records, permit files, photographs, video evidence, witness information, communications, and financial documentation.
Before the disputes, there was a functioning company. There were customers, employees, artists, productions, equipment, technology, relationships, plans and years of accumulated goodwill.
The Truth website exists because we believe that history matters.
We allege that conduct connected to Mitch Marqui, Marqui Longwood LLC and others caused severe harm to the business, its operations and its reputation.
A High-Impact Case Ready for Independent Legal Review.
Before the motions, hearings, and disputed rulings, there was a functioning company built by real people.
Employees devoted years of their lives to OptiView. Family members invested money and trusted in its future. Artists and musicians expected to use its stage, cameras, lighting, audio systems, and immersive technology. Lenders relied on the company’s ability to operate and repay its obligations.
OptiView was more than a venue. It was a creative workplace, production studio, technology laboratory, immersive attraction, and platform for people who wanted to build something meaningful.
The consequences of its closure therefore reached far beyond one plaintiff.
One Project. Many Lives. A Shared Fight for Justice.
The Truth website was created to preserve the complete record, not only the version found in isolated court orders, public rumors, or one-sided narratives.
Joseph Andrew and OptiView allege that their business suffered severe harm involving disputed landlord conduct, previously undisclosed property conditions, permit delays, construction complications, interference with operations, reputational attacks, and failures by public departments responsible for administering the building and permitting process fairly.
The website also examines due-process concerns connected to Seminole County case 2024CA001698, including disputed notice, an alleged unauthorized change to the named plaintiff, repeated efforts to dismiss the action, and proceedings Joseph maintains continued after the case had been closed.
The continuing civil claims involving Mitch Marqui and Marqui Longwood, LLC are addressed in case 2025CA000575.
These allegations remain disputed. Liability, standing, damages, and the legal merits of each claim must be determined through the judicial process.
The Record Is Public. The Questions Are Serious.
Moving OptiView into the 855 N US Highway 17-92, Longwood 32750 property represented one of the most important growth decisions in the company’s history.
Joseph alleges that an unauthorized upper structure existed inside the building before OptiView began its tenant improvements and that the company was not timely informed that the condition was interfering with its permits. He states that the structure was not identified as a central obstacle until approximately eight months into the tenancy, following involvement by fire officials.
Joseph further alleges that landlord-related corrective work was later combined with OptiView’s tenant-improvement permit, creating additional expense, delay, contractor restrictions, and confusion over which party was responsible for the work.
According to Joseph, these conditions prevented OptiView from opening various revenue streams, damaged investor confidence, increased debt, harmed personal and business credit, and placed years of work at risk.
This website invites readers to examine the permits, plans, photographs, correspondence, inspection records, contractor proposals, court filings, and testimony for themselves.
What Took Sixteen Years to Build Deserves a Complete Examination.
The Truth project is built around records that can be reviewed.
The available materials include:
Business damages are not limited to a balance sheet.
OptiView staff members lost work, momentum, and a project to which some had devoted many years. Artists and musicians lost access to a distinctive platform for filming, producing, performing, and expanding their careers. Family members lost investments. Financial institutions and private supporters were affected when expected revenue could not be generated.
Joseph, members of his family, and people who supported the project experienced financial pressure, damaged credit, prolonged stress, and the emotional loss of a company they had helped build over more than a decade.
For many, OptiView was not simply employment.
It was purpose, community, creativity, and a future they expected to share.
Behind Every Business Loss Are Real People and Real Sacrifices.
Joseph also alleges that OptiView and his personal reputation were damaged by false or distorted narratives circulated within the local entertainment community.
He identifies former promoter Loren R. Hardy as a person he believes became a central source of damaging claims after his role with OptiView ended. Joseph alleges that preserved CCTV, audio, communications, witness testimony, and the broader timeline contradict significant portions of the narrative that followed.
Joseph further raises questions about whether those narratives later benefited or aligned with landlord-related interests during the property and legal disputes.
These matters are presented as Joseph’s allegations, personal experience, documentary commentary, and interpretation of preserved evidence.
No More Rumor Without Context. No More Accusation Without Evidence.
This story raises broader questions about what happens when a minority-owned small business confronts a wealthy property owner, complicated government processes, reputational attacks, and an unequal ability to obtain legal representation.
We believe commercial tenants deserve meaningful rights.
Small-business owners deserve accurate information before making life-changing investments.
Public departments should administer permits and inspections fairly.
Court proceedings should provide notice, due process, and a genuine opportunity to be heard.
Wealth, influence, and institutional access should never determine whose evidence matters.
Equal Rights Should Not Depend on Wealth.

Public awareness must remain lawful, factual, peaceful, and respectful. The goal is a credible record, meaningful investigation, and accountability through proper legal and public processes.
One Voice Creates Awareness. Many Voices Create Change.
The Longwood location closed, but the skills, history, equipment, ideas, and people behind OptiView did not disappear.
We remain hopeful that OptiView can reopen and once again provide opportunities for artists, musicians, filmmakers, entrepreneurs, employees, and communities.
Reopening would not erase the harm.
It would give sixteen years of work another future.
What We Built Was Real. What Happened Matters. Our Fight Continues.
Review the Evidence. Hear the Witnesses. Follow the Timeline.
This website will continue publishing public records, documentary podcasts, employee testimony, historical footage, case updates, permit evidence, and responses from those discussed.
